Booked appointment online, stay in the line early morning. If these people cannot manage the appointments, it is better for them to go their home and sleep.
That was the worst experience.nI went twice therenThe younge tall man had a really bad attitude both time even though my son was with menThe first time they didn’t send results to doctor. Doctor called me why don’t do your test and he figured it out we did two months ago they follow up with them .nThe second time , the results was wrong cause doctor got confused with this results and ask me to redo that .nI got too nervousnThe results was completely differentnThey don’t care even though they have sensitive job
Staff is terrible - they leave you standing at reception for a long time while they shufflenpapers on the desk. They advertise walk-in service but they are always understaffed and it can take 2 hours for a simple blood test. The arrogance and detachment of the employees is horrible - this is what happens when a business has a virtual monopoly- I can’t find another company that provides this service in my neighborhood.
The staff here are rude, not friendly, and not accommodating. Front desk is slow, they are always understaffed and bout their frustrations towards the clients, which is very unprofessional! Avoid this location at all cost and go to Dynacare. They are more friendly with good customer service.
Came in on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30 as a walk in patient. Took about 30-35 minutes to get my blood drawn. Service was great from start to finish.
