I went to this location to get my blood works completed. I was not sure if I was going to a wedding ceremony or a medical appointment. The facility was so well kept. The staff was friendly and the service was really fast. There is a TV screen that tells you how much people are ahead of you and how much longer the wait time is. I love that. I will definitely stop using Life Labs and start coming to this location.
Horrible location, staff only looking out for their own kind. Was cut off in line after waiting a good while, only for staff to assist the couple who cut me off even after I explained to them that they would need to line up. a policy they have advertised everywhere, “ line up and wait your turn” nnThe entitlement is just ridiculous, and of course they are staff and couple who cut me off is of the same race. The staff member didn’t even ask me if it was okay, or apologised.nnPOC please avoid places like this, and go where you’re respected!
I did my brother's blood work there for the 1st time last Tuesday Aug 20th, and my doctor still has not yet received results from this place until now. You call them and Noone ever picks up and they have no voicemail to leave messages. Everything is online.

Got there on time and they have someone at the door asking for the requisition and health card.nnThen I was asked to go inside and get a seat. Waited around 5 mins and was called to one of the cubicles. Waited another 5 mins there and it was my turn to draw some blood.nnVisited during weekday afternoon and only 4-5 patients in the waiting area, good social distancing.nnThe lady who took my blood is polite and friendly, but she's still not the best needle poker and I do feel a bit more pain than the best nurse who has already retired at my previous location.nnToilet is cleaned but no plastic bags are given to out the urine sample.
