My experience at the clinic has always been positive. The nurses are helpful, cordial, accommodating in person or on the phone. Dr. R. Foster is exceptional! We are so thankful for the care she provides to me and my daughter. I wish they had space for my husband as well….. We have been patients at the clinic for the past 3 years.
I am very grateful to have found Dr Foster. She is an amazing doctor! She is very thorough, kind and I never feel rushed. She actually takes her time to truly find what the best treatment is and never just resorts to a prescription, unless of course you really need it. And this is to the ladies at the front reception - you are the first ones we see and for you to be patient and kind, even though Im sure you get a lot of grumpy sick people, really helps. Keep on smiling, you ladies are amazing :D
My GP, although a young man, practises his profession the old school way by listening to his patient and considering the whole person when diagnosing. At the same time, he utilises modern technologies in arriving at a determination of your problem as well as in its treatment where necessary. Furthermore, he explains your condition clearly and concisely and describes the necessary course of treatment in easily understandable terms. I cannot speak highly enough about his skills as a doctor, his exceptional 'bedside manner' and his personal qualities as a caring and compassionate man.
Dr. Foster is a excellent physician. She will take the time needed to address issues you have. I never feel rushed and leave feeling very confident that she is doing the best she can to address my health concerns. The staff is all very friendly and professional I feel heard and issues addressed by every person working at this location.
Dr. Mendoza is always on time, friendly, and takes extra effort to find solutions for whatever is causing pain/trouble. As for the office, it's always clean, they have a pharmacy for quick and easy Rx fills, plus there is ample parking. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
My doctor Carlos Jarmillo is amazing whats not so good is the receptionist. I booked in a specific time to be with my own doctor and waited till he was done holidays. Well i show up and i am booked with another doctor, he is not there and this doctor tells me she cannot continue the health plan and i have to see my reg dr!!!! so i have to take another afternoon off to come back to see my dr because they couldnt listen to my requests! i waited well over a month for this appointment too!
At another clinic I was on hold for 48 minutes without even an acknowledgement, I gave up. Here phones are answered and there is almost no time waiting once you arrive for your appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and was on my way out just after my appointment time. Not sure if that is the Clinic or Dr Mendoza though.
Dr. Thwala is the best. He listens to my concerns and does his best to help. The clinic is very clean, receptionists are very kind as well! The pharmacy there is quick and very informative.
Dr's are all great my family doctor is amazing and every doctor I've seen in the walk in have been awesome as well. The staff are very helpful and you never have to wait very long.
Not helpful at all. Went in and explained to the doctor what was wrong and she dismissed me, as if she knew my body better. I only went because my doctor was on holidays. Won’t go back there again.
