I had a wonderful hair colour appointment with Ali yesterday. So pleased with my colour and condition of my hair. The appointment was all around great. Ali is highly skilled, very professional, asked lots of questions to understand what I was looking for, and offered excellent advice so that my hair can look and feel it's best. Grateful they could see me, a new client, upon very short notice, and I am really looking forward to my next appointment! JenniferServices: Blowouts

It was my first time in Life Salon. I would say that the salon itself seems nice, and the front desk customer service person was lovely. Because it was my first time in, I chose one of the stylist with the highest level of experience, Ali. I have been growing out a short hairstyle, and explicitly told them that. I even tried to show them photos to be super clear about my hair goals, which I felt were pretty much dismissed. We discussed just cutting up the back to allow it to continue to add length. He ended up cutting off months of growth, it was back to as short as I started with, a pixie cut. In addition he was not the most friendly, I personally don't need a super chatty stylist, but I essentially just had my head pushed back and forth. I am not sure why it ended up so short when I just went in to have it shaped. Since this was my first experience, I likely won't go back. If you're thinking about trying it, I would just choose another stylist.

I had an absolutely amazing appointment today and am so unbelievably happy with how it turned out. Meaghan is the absolute best and I am so sad to see her go because she literally made me love getting my hair done again. If anyone is lucky enough to sit in someone’s chair I hope it’s hers. Her helper today was also amazing. She was super chatty and always made sure I was comfortable. She is going to be the next best hairdresser. Meaghan is my new hair saviour. I cant wait to come back! Her attention to detail is amazing, she’s very personable and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable. She truly cares about how you are feeling during the full appointment, checking multiple times, asking questions to make sure she know what you want, and makes educated decisions depending on the state of your hair to ensure the most healthiest outcome possible! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today. Ali made a recommendation for a demi hair dye that worked out really well. Peter washed out the dye and styled my hair. He did a great job and was wonderful company while I waited. Will definitely be back :Services: Hairstyling
