Food quality is getting worse and worse. The famous pineapple bun is nothing authentic. Very bad service. For breakfast bill costs 46, they didn't give change for 55. When asked, the waitress said already put into tips. Not worth 20% tip for such bad service.
It’s pretty busy during the weekend and holidays. And the parking is limited. It’s seems a lil bit crowded for covid. Hygiene could be better in general. Fresh egg tarts and pineapple buns with butter are delicious.
Lido have always been famous for their pineapple buns and is a must-try in Richmond. I was not disappointed by the quality of their pineapple buns as the bun is moist and soft with a golden crumbly and buttery pineapple crust. It’s just as good as those in Hong Kong. I will give five stars if the pineapple crust covers more of the bun.
THE BEST pineapple bun with butter I've ever had! And the beef Fried rice I had was also pretty good!
