Since 25 August I'm waiting for my kid school book and nothing, I called and the tell that I have to keep waiting. The worst experience 😠

La librairie est extrêmement achalandée la semaine avant la rentrée scolaire. Par extrêmement, je veux dire que c'est plein à craquer et que se déplacer du comptoir des manuels à la caisse est un processus langoureux. Les rayons se transforment en file d'attente géante, donc prendre vos articles dès que vous les voyez. C'est très lent. Mais si vous venez "hors-pointe", il n'y a aucun problème pour prendre ses effets et manuels.
