Always very helpful and if they don't have what I want in stock I take advantage of their ordering system. They call you when your special order is in and you just pick it up without having to pay delivery charges.

Perfect selection, given the needs of condos etc in and around liberty village - well thought out stock items. Management and staff are very helpful too.

I LOVE the staff here! They are very informative, helpful, and friendly. The store is always clean, stocked, and well-organized. They are also pet-friendly and always have water out for dogs as well as some dog treats behind the cash! I definitely couldn't have done some home-renovations without these guys. They offer great advice from their own personal experience and have helped out a rookie like me multiple times! They also aren't interested in trying to 'up-sell' or any of those tactics. It really makes for a great neighbourhood hardware store -- it feels like a mom and pops kind of store! (but with the big box store kind of great selection!) Also-- they have GREAT prices on K-Cups for Keurig machines.

I've been here multiple times and every time the staff has been super friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to assist. If an item is not in stock they order it in for you and delivery has been super quick. They are quick to answer questions and are happy to research or ask another team member if the answer isn't readily available.
