Honestly doesn't even deserve one star!!! Filed my taxes in February and still haven't gotten a return back and it is November! They didn't even spelled our names right or anything. She didn't know what she was even doing. Highly disappointed

They charged over $500 to do my taxes, which they screwed up and I had to tell the "accountant" how to fix what they screwed up. I didn't get my return until July and they never discounted my return or anything. Later find out they just take a short class to learn how their software works. These people don't know anything about tax law and they charge far more than any other real accountant, this place is a joke and I will never go back and would never recommend anyone take their chances with this place.

Had a appointment at 2 PM. took half day off from work and waited signed in had a seat. 15 mins before I was approached. Then handed 8 sheets of paper to fill out. They asked me for my SS # on the paper work. I'm fileing my taxes !!! Isn't that required to file a tax return ??? Then waited another 20 mins! !! Gave up walked out. I had a APPOINTMENT and sit there for 30 MINS !!!
