Every employee at this bank is kind, respectful, and attentive.This is my preferred Liberty branch. Customer service is second to none.

Tellers need basic customer service and human interaction training. Supervisors/managers need more experience.

Liberty bank is the best yes there maybe different workers at each location but the overall experience of what they have to offer is amazing

No Stars! This the very very worst bank I've ever dealt with. Every timer I have tried to get information it has been a disaster. They never answer the 888 telephone # and the tellers have very little banking knowledge except for routine transactions. The manager was supposed to get back to me when the teller couldn't help me, but she didn't call. It is so frustrating to deal with such an unresponsive bank. I'm out of there asap. At this moment I've been on hold for 20 minutes. %^%$#@@$^%&()(**^%#$%^!!!!!!!
