Had an oil change yesterday and smoke + oil was leaking under the car apparently the engine oil cap was left out and oil spilled under the hood. The service advisor Ming Man and also manager Riccardo quickly addressed the situation and provided a loaner car while they cleaned the engine bay + my parking spot. Thank you for the fast and professional service.

I visited Lexus Ajax for the first time, usually I went to the Lexus at Park, but I found this location excellent, the staff is professional and Mr Ming Man my advisor was very nice and helpful, I would strongly recommend this location to my friends. The cafeteria of Lexus is good, specifically the omelet made by Trudeau was very good, but if you are a Muslim, do not forget to mention that your omelet has to be prepared with any type of meat, to eat Haalal. Lexus of Lakeridge is my home away from home! Michael Benson, Michael Chang, Vanessa and Nicole are beyond phenomenal when picking up my 2024 IS Fsport! I have been a member with them since 2016 and I’m always going back because the service is next to none. Michael Benson, hands down the best sales rep! He’s not just about getting that paycheque and builds such a strong rapport with his clients. We worked with him for a whole year to figure out what the best option was for us and he was always honest and never pushy. He was sincere and professional at the same time. There’s not enough thanks and praise to reward him with, that’s how amazing he is! Michael Chang, Vanessa and Nicole made us laugh and were so helpful with all the details and new things we needed to learn. This group of individuals really make the customer experience one to talk about. I am so happy with everything and I’ll always be a Lexus Customer!
