I took all of our family bedding to the Timbertown Laundromat to wash and dry. They have eight regular and two large capacity front loading washing machines that can handle blankets, etc. Four of the eight had out of order signs. Two of them were being used by laundromat staff to wash "drop-off" customer clothes. Of the 2 remaining machines, one of them had a "detergent block" in the tray and was not usable. One of the two large capacity machines was also out of order. I used the other, only to find that it was running with no water in it. The employee had to fill the machine, by hand, using a plastic watering can. When the wash cycle was done, she moved all my items to other machines to rinse. When I FINALLY got everything washed, more than 50% of their dryers also had out of order signs. I guess when you are the ONLY choice for people in a small town, you don;t really need to care about the quality of your business. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
