Was not impressed at all with the auto service department, it's very difficult to even so much as get them on the phone and a majority of the time they were condescending or rude. I tried to get a blown speaker repaired a while ago and they flat out just never called me back with the status on the parts, later I had my car towed there due to a bad battery and they made it seem like such an inconvenience to them, they literally pretended like the tow company never took my car there so they didn't have to deal with it. Let's not forget it took way too long for a simple battery replacement and oil change. On top of all that I thought I would save myself the inconvenience and just get my blown speaker repaired at that time, nope! They flat out refused to fix it! The only good thing I have to say is that I have had no issues with the new battery and the pricing was pretty reasonable. It just sucks because this is the only Dodge dealership even remotely close to me so I have no choice but to bring my car here (due to a third party car warranty).

My car broke down while on vacation in June. It took this dealership 3 days to diagnose & repair 2 faulty sensors. Communication from them was nonexistent. I called at least twice every day, essentially begging them to fix it quickly so my family could go on outings up-north & enjoy our vacation. Each time I was told "oh, it should only take 4 hours." They are getting 1 star only because they finally got me back on the road. The staff there is the opposite of friendly. My parents drove me there the day my car was supposed to be done and we had to wait about another 2 hours in the waiting room. Literally only ONE employee (out of at least 20) acknowledged us and said hi during that time. It's revolting. Oh, and on the way out the service technician told me "it's probably time to go car shopping." Nice huh? I will NEVER go back to this dealership for help again.

RAN OUR CREDIT CHECK ON A SUV THAT WAS "just" SOLD!!! I have overall been pleased with Brown Motors when it came to routine maintenance with my Ranger and my company vehicle over the past two years. So, when my wife and I decided it was time to replace her old Taurus with an AWD SUV, we decided to try out their sales and finance departments. After test driving a few vehicles and having a mechanic (not from Brown Motors) look at one of them, we decided to start negotiating on price as it was overpriced. I even asked the finance officer and sales person if we should leave and make a trip downstate to get the deal we wanted and they both said they will make sure we wont have to make that trip. During all of this they kept on mixing us up with a different costumer. That should have been a red flag for us to walk out on the deal (obviously poor communication skills) but we didn't. It was after 5pm so we gave them the go ahead to run our credit for the SUV in the morning. It turns out those idiots RAN OUR CREDIT CHECK ON A SUV THAT WAS "just" SOLD!!! Due to their very poor communication in finance and sales departments, the "hard inquiry" is on our credit for nothing. We are now looking down state for a AWD SUV and are done with Brown Motors. That includes taking our vehicles to their mechanics. Who knows if the whole company has communication issues.

Super helpful staff. After my car was in an accident they answered all of my questions about leasing a new vehicle and set me up with options that truly were what I was looking for. I've also ordered parts from Brown Motors previously and my experiences were excellent. Highly recommended.

The best. Broke down on a trip from Texas. They did everything, to get it fix as fast as possible
