Story

Originally starting in a much smaller location with a staff of 4, this full service salon and spa is celebrating 27 years in business, now occupies over 2500 square feet and employs more than 20 professionals. “Our clients love the ‘Glam Zen’ look and feel of the salon/spa and are very appreciative of the comfortable and welcoming environment.” says owner Leanne.
Leanne’s philosophy has always been “beauty and wellness are a result of taking care of one’s SELF.” This explains all the wonderful services offered at Level 10 Eurospa. From hair design, facials and skin rejuvenation, manicures and pedicures to relaxation massage, steam, hydrotherapy and body wraps; these services not only help you look and feel great but also do wonders for your mental well being.
As is stated in their mission statement, prominently covering one wall in the reception, at Level 10 Eurospa, their promise has always been to provide SERVICE ABOVE THE EXPECTED. It is all about their clients and ensuring a Beautiful Experience! So it only seemed natural for them to become a Certified Green Circle Salon.Through their partnership with Green Circle, they can ensure that 100% of all hair clippings, foils, colour tubes, papers, plastics, spa waste and excess chemicals are recycled and/or re purposed in an environmentally responsible way. All hair clippings are made into ‘hair booms’ to soak up oil and chemical spills while all the spa waste is cleanly incinerated creating green energy that goes directly to BC Hydro. Level 10 has always tried to do their part in reducing their ecological foot print and are extremely happy that with this partnership, are now able to manage virtually all waste. The Level 10 team is committed to this program and proud to report that all that is left at the end of the day is compost. This is pretty amazing as on average, a salon generates 821.76 kg of waste annually! And that adds up to 20, 355 tonnes Canada wide! At Level 10 Eurospa they understand how important it is to advocate environmental stewardship and invite other salons/spas to join Green Circle Salons to advance positive green change. As the owner of Level 10 Eurospa, Leanne’s philosophy now includes helping to take care of the planet!
