Calais Spas Pools & Billiards

We have been more than happy with Calais. We dealt with them out of their Nanaimo Store for our Hot tub and were extremely happy. We recently moved to a new home with an inground pool and initially contacted the original installer for service and information but got no reply. We contacted Calais and within days Gary was at our place with an incredible amount of helpful info and advice as well as being patient with our questions as new pool owners. Cathe the manager is awesome, she is really knowledgeable, and always friendly. I look forward to getting the water tested just to visit with her. You can't go wrong by deciding to go with Calais.

Just bought a hot tub. Had an issue but was resolved with quickly and in very professional manner. Great people to deal with . Would have no problem recommending this company, terrific service. Dr John Hall .

Excellent staff at Calais Spas Pools & Billiards with good understanding about all things hot tubs. Would definitely recommend you go talk to Calais Spa in Courtenay, they help us on an ongoing basis.
