Levantine Mediterranean Shawarma and Grill

Wanted to try something new in the area, saw this restaurant in the corner of the Plaza and we are glad we did! The shawarma on the salad was marinated perfectly and wasn't all drenched in sauce like other spots, also the kebab platter with rice was fresh off the grill and succulent. They also have a wood oven for fresh pita and complimentary tea while you wait or after your meal, talked to some of the staff and they are all very nice, social, friendly people.

Wow. Where do I even begin? Just left this place and just had to make a review! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was clean fresh and very light tasting not heavy greasy. The pita was absolutely delicious super light and grilled to perfection. The garlic sauce was the perfect balance of garlic and acid so good dipped with fries! The spicy sauce was so good and spicy just like I like it! My husband got the platter and the hummus was absolutely so yummy. Definitely homemade! But to top it all off honestly. The service! Not only did the lady bring out our food for us on the patio, she also brought us extra dips without asking and even brought our puppy who was dinning with us on the patio some side chicken nuggets with water! Blown away by the service! We cannot wait to come back here again!

A small family-run business serving absolutely hands-down the most delicious Mediterranean/Syrian dishes. The parents mostly work back of house doing prep work and the three fantastic daughters running the front. We had the opportunity to try many of their popular items which includes: Half mix grill Mixed appetizers Chicken Shawarma Poutine Mixed cheese Manakeesh Zaatar Manakeesh Shawarma Manakeesh Foul Modammas Fattouch salad Honestly, I was not able to decide which dish I liked best but the Chicken Shawarma Manakeesh was up there! Their garlic sauce and chili sauce truly hits differently. We also really love their char-grilled skewers and zaatar manakeesh! Such a unique flavour! You can help yourself to a delicious tea and they gave us a falafel while we waited for our food. The falafel was the best I've had - Syrian style with a hole in the middle for even frying and added sesame for a wonderful flavour! The service is also absolutely spot on - always making sure we were taking care of. It felt like we walked into our friend's place with the family cooking us an authentic Mediterranean meal. We will be back!

We came for lunch one day and sat in the patio area. Fresh and delish, they even brought out a complimentary freshly made falafel that was the best I’ve ever had. We came back for dinner recently and again it was terrific. Staff are friendly. Also served us complimentary mint tea which was lovely on a cold evening. A hidden gem in the corner of the Iron Oak plaza.

Food was delicious and the owners were very friendly. We chose to dine in and were greeted with tea and sample falafel as we waited for our food. The food itself was well flavoured and made every bite enjoyable. One of my top places for shawarma in the GTA I highly recommend coming here.

Very friendly staff, clean and good ambiance. Ordered the Chicken platter, was very flavorful, enjoyed the chicken. The portion sizes are big, for the platter and if you're a light eater it's best to split it with someone. Yes, I will go back:

We were looking for a quick vegetarian bite in the area and feel so lucky to have found this place. The food was absolutely delicious: the mixed cheese manakeesh is the most flavorful one we've tried in Mississauga/Oakville, hands down, and the foul madames was served with a plate of cucumbers, pickled turnip, green onion, and piping hot pita we watched the kind gentleman roll out the dough and put it in the oven before bringing it directly to us at our table. The customer service here is really so refreshing. We will definitely be back, not just for the amazing food, but for the warmth of the owners: an absolutely lovely husband and wife duo!

Best falafels in the GTA. So crunchy and yummy with sesame seeds. Must try. I got lucky to have a fresh bread out of the oven. The rice made my day. It was so delectable. The sides and their freshly made hummusno preservatives were enjoyable. Overall a great locationOakwoods Centre - Oakville and worth the money. Great hospitality, staff and chef.

This place never fails to disappoint. The owner and staff has great ethics and amazing customer service. Even for take out they offer you small treats and tea. Very impressed. Please keep up the good work. And remain open. From past experience, Usually great restaurants shut down soon

Amazing meal at Levantine, which has some of the most fresh and flavorsome Middle-Eastern menu items. Because most their recipes and ingredients are made fresh, in-house, every day. Good food, specially the grill items such as lamb tenderloin, and their falafel is the best, crispiest one we have had in these parts. Great service as well, the family that runs it goes above and beyond in making the meal a wonderful experience.
