The lady attendant with the short hair was so rude. She was on the phone with her earpiece throughout the time and would make faces when we wanted to buy more stuff. Very poor customer service!

I just left the store 10 mins ago. The employee girl with the light pink hijab was so rude. I speak English fluently and also pointed at the dessert but she didn’t even wanna look. She didn’t even open her month to respond to anyone. The whole time I was there, she showed bad attitude towards every customer. She didn’t show or give me a receipt. Just calculating the total amount on a calculator, collected the money then left the calculator on top of my dessert box and walked away. I have no idea how much my bread and desserts cost and I help myself getting the stuffs out. If she doesn’t wanna work, then go home. Why showing bad attitude towards people who there to support the business? The other cashier girl was fine. So disappointed at their customer service.

Great place with great friendly staff! Loved the pastries and coffee!! Got to try them all! :P

It's gone downhill this year. I was happy to stumble-upon it last year and it was a weekly treat to go here I used to recommend it to others often. The selection of good stuff has gone down. Today they only had one employee serving a big lineup of people and she refused to speak English sometimes "slipping up" and replying in English but mostly just trying to be aggresive.

Good stuff but staff are really detached from reality. French and English is mandatory on Cote des Neiges!

The staff are nice. Their coffee is good. The cakes are nice too. The baguettes are sometimes too soft and a little gummy, and sometimes they are good: crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.

Great variety of fresh tasty things and not overpriced. Maybe not beautiful interior and superior service, but price/quality is higher than average. Also, there's quite a strong espresso. Love the place

This bakery is a hidden gem! Fresh pastries and desserts; from Tiramisu to Opera to Fruit tarts, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this bakery to everyone!
