This is NOT your Seanachie sic for sure. The hot wings have more meat on them now and are not bone dry. What was really surprising was that on Thursdays they serve raw shucked oysters for $2 each. They come in half dozen orders and are actually quite good. I was nervous to try them in a pub but was pleasantly surprised that they were well schucked and clean. There was no grainy taste and they were served with a variety of condiments to explore them with. I personally enjoyed the horseradish with them. We noticed that other tables seemed to be getting generous portions of delicious food too. Thursday night football was also playing on the televisions which is never a bad thing either. There doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. It is great to see that this establishment has changed over to better hands than before.
Service is efficient. Wings are juicy. Prices fair. Will be back for sure. Good atmosphere lots of seating. Bar tender seems to always be in a great mood. Keep up the good work Team Lennox.
I had lunch with my dad, around 1:30pm. - It wasn't very busy. Got served right away. - Very clean, and comfortable. We both had a BBQ Grilled Chicken & Bacon sandwich. One with fries, the other with Caesar Salad. - Everything was delicious! - Perfect choice of bbq sauce. - Great proportions of everything. - Fresh and cooked just right. I suppose the only thing that bothered me, was, the price. But that's probably due to inflation more than anything.
A hidden gem in the Signal Hill area. Not very crowded on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff, a good brunch menu, good value. We look forward to visiting again in the future for dinner and a pint. EDIT: Returned for dinner and drinks, and was completely blown away by how delicious the food is. Excellent service, great crowd, and a nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the Westhills/Signal Hill area.
Really classy looking pub. Featuring an outdoor patio dining area Friendly staff. Looks like a great place to socialize.
Decent spot for the area. Pretty typical Irish pub. Lots of seating and TVs around the walls. Seems like a good place to catch a game. Menu is relatively typical of what you find at an Irish pub. The drinks selection has something for anyone. Every night has a different special. Patio is a good size and is closed in to keep the wind out. Overall, nothing to complain about. Worth a try if you are in the area.
I'm rewriting this review because the food is really good and some of the staff are very pleasant as well. This has been my neighborhood pub for over 10 years and recently first time meeting the manager who was incredibly rude. Everyone else there is good so far since it has become the Lennox. I get it that some people aren't people people but that being the case keep them in the back, not in the dining room or at least give them a course in customer service.
Stopped by here for evening dinner with friends a couple times in the past month. The atmosphere is lively and the food is well priced and tasty. Definitely a good contribution to the various options for food and drink in the area. The Ploughman’s Sandwich was a unique and great.
Decent beer selection, good screens and good atmosphere for a simple bar with lots of televisions. However, the portion sizes are abysmal. I counted 9 pieces of steak in the “steak bites” appetizer, less than half an inch in diameter each. They were over cooked, and the dish cost me 17$. Management needs to revisit both the menu prices and the portions/quality.
Great food and beer! Worst service I’ve ever had. The waitress Kelsey was in a horrible mood and took it out on us. She messed up on the bill and overcharged, her solution was to bring out a bunch of quarters to fix the bill. Her and the bartender started yelling at us and being super unprofessional. The entire time we were nice and respectful. Worst service experience. Never go here if you wanna have a good time. If you do go here make sure Kelsey is not your waitress, she will ruin your night.
