Len's Mill Store

Ordered online as I live too far to visit their stores. Yarn arrived in 3 days exactly as ordered. Very pleased with my purchase, and will use Len's Mill Store again. Also telling all my friends!

I love this place. The prices have really gone up. The yarn I bought before Christmas is $3 per ball cheaper at Walmart. That's crazy! Still love it. Will definitely be more careful with price comparisons.

I generally have mixed reviews with the level of service I receive from this store, but always come back because the prices are so worth it. However, this particular visit I received the BEST customer service that I've ever received at this store from Ashlyn at the Fabrics counter. She greeted me with a smile and did not get frustrated when I asked her to weigh material multiple times. I thought it was worth noting in this review because it was a lovely experience.

There's a lot of great stuff in this Warehouse. But it's a typical Warehouse pretty messy I did have a few questions for the staff and they didn't really seem to have any answers for me. I did eventually find what I was looking for some staff where great some not so much.

Decent pricing for hot wheels, though many had dusty or warped packaging. Very no-frills store.
