I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kamiron, Monte, and Joe at Leasuretime. Let me just say that sometimes things don’t go right at no fault of anyone. I purchased a white trekker upon arrival the stove did not work, I immediately called Kamiron and they sent someone out to fix the issue. Unfortunately the issue was not easily fix and new parts were needed. I continued to have issues with this pellet stove and each time, I was quickly and easily able to get ahold of my sales representative. They sent out a knowledgeable team member to try and resolve the issue, the stove would work for a short while and then quit. This went on for a couple months, before I grew tired of trying to fix a new stove that clearly wasn’t working for my home. Kamiron and his team completely understood and resolved the issue quickly by installing a new Harmon stove. I absolutely love the new stove it is heating my home efficiently, I have not had a single issue with it. The team handled my issues in a timely manner, and were polite and accommodating to the two hour drive to get to my home. Sometimes a product doesn’t perform they way hope it would, but what I valued and appreciated was how the Leasuretime crew went about making the situation right. They understand costumer service, it clearly is a priority to this team.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! My husband and I moved into an older home in Boise with the original, 1980s fireplace. This ancient dinosaur needed a little TLC so I called the Leisure Time team to schedule a maintenance/repair. Their rep was so helpful, professional, and delightful over the phone and the team was able to come out about 2 weeks later busy winter season! MJ and Jacob came by and were phenomenal and so helpful. They quickly assessed our needs, cleaned our entire fireplace, and walked us through how to operate and maintain the fireplace moving forward. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leisure Time and will be quick to call them should I run into any issues or needs down the line. Exceptional team and service!

Very grateful I went with leisure time. Recently remodeled our 1950s bench home- I was on a budget and a time crunch- The crews were able to come in under both! David Daniel was our point man- took time to answer all of our questions and was well informed. Thanks to the install crew as well- you guys did an excellent job.

Unbelievable debacle. From the order to an entire year later the service and product was horrible. I had to call Blaze King multiple times to get Leisure Time to respond to their disaster installation. Four trips to get the unit installed as they forgot items like THE $550 custom ordered frame that the original quote did not include. The gas fire unit was installed incorrectly and scorched the box and glass and Leisure time kept blowing me off. After damage to the unit, which they did not repair, they finally came and replaced the original installed components which were not compatible with the unit. The face of the unit has big gaps so it looks super cheap. The installer told me I could get some black caulk to fill in the gaps of the beautiful, original walnut frame and mantle. Really? $6.5K and they tell me to use caulking to correct their mistake when I paid for a custom metal facade? Their employees obviously could not manage a tape measure. I had disappointing service from Leisure Time years ago with them upselling me with unnecessary hot tub service. I should have known better.

Bought a wood stove insert from Liesure Time eight years ago... still running strong and they just finished refurbishing it and their service was impeccable, professional and competitively priced. They did everything, and more, exactly how & when they said they would do it. Their mgr Rob & office service person, Jackie were great consumer contacts and advocates in working with their suppliers. The stove insert looks brand new, and is good for probably another decade of use. Thanks Leisure Time!! Oh BTW our main source of winter heat is from this insert and is used daily and constant through the cold months. So it takes a licking and keeps on, keeping on.

Jacob was very personable and knowledgeable about our gas fireplace. It is a new house to us and he gave us a very comprehensive evaluation about the condition of it. He walked us through any adjustments that can be made which is very helpful. He gave excellent service and we will not hesitate to call Leisure Time should we have any concerns in the future. Wow the fire place looks like new. Thank you Jacob for the excellent service.

I was from out of town coming into Boise for a few hours and one of my tasks was to find a part for my old pellets stove. I called early in the day to see if they had the part I needed and they said they would check and call me back. Jackie called back to say they had the part but it was stocked on a service truck which would be back at the end if the day. I was grateful they did have what l needed. The technician on the service truck went out of his way late on a Friday in miserable Boise traffic to get that part back to the shop for me. Great communication from Jackie throughout the day. I was able to get the part while in town and have my pellet stove back in action. Thank you Leisure Time!

I am reluctant to write this review but I think you should know. Order# 157070 10/18/22 The tech came out and wort on my gas fireplace for @ 1 hour. Couldn't get to light. Said it need a new valve. Said he would clean it. And charged 180.00 I called another company they came out and had it up and running within 5 minutes. No part no adjustment. He them cleaned the unit,as it had not been cleaned. I just thought you should know. How I was treated . I don't mind paying for something if I get what I paid for. Dennis R Kindrick Boise.

I called them to see if they had a 48"x48" hearth which they said they did. I drove from Kuna all the way out to Boise in our truck with my daughter to pick it up and they told me they wouldn't sell it to me because they only sell them to customers who buy their stoves. They did not mention that on the phone and now I wasted time driving from Kuna to Boise in rush hour traffic with my 5 year old for them to rudely decline my service. It's a $700 hearth pad so I would have paid good money for it.

Our son gas fireplace was not work and so my wife and I decided to have it fixed for Christmas and we called Leisure Time and arranged for them to come out and fix our son's fireplace. Our repairman was "MJ" and not a better repairman could we ask for. He was very thorough with his assessment and repair. MJ spent time explaining what was wrong and how he fixed the fireplace. We were so impressed we scheduled MJ/Leisure time to come and do an inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. We have used Leisure time as our gas fireplace specialist for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you MJ and Leisure Time. Harold & Sharon Walker
