Overall good experience. The electrical installer was very professional and dedicated to doing a quality job.nnOnly fault I have is that when the installation team cut the hole through the wall for wiring, and mounted the head, they didn’t do it straight.nnThe wires now slope downward on the wall to the hole making it hard to build a casing to hide it. Wish they could have lined it up a little.
I haven't dealt with Legacy prior to today. I am not leaving this review on behalf of Legacy heating and cooling but instead on the gentleman who provided me with the furnace maintenance today Mateo. This young man was an absolute gem from the moment he walked through my front door. Polite, thoughtful, experienced and very professional.nnHe was able to give me an excellent insight into the state of my furnace currently as well as an honest insight into when we should be considering replacement of this older unit.nnAny company worth its salt, regardless of industry, builds itself around high quality people.nLet me just say that even after spending only a short time in his presence that I am absolutely impressed that Legacy has the foresight to retain talent and honest character like Mateo.nnCommercials and marketing are great but they do not make or break a company's reputation. Its those in the front lines who are primarily responsible for providing quality service to represent a perception of the quality of company that stands behind them.nnHopefully, the standard that Mateo provided today is consistent with what one can expect in future dealings with Legacy! Best Experience Hands Down. Not only did Chris and Matt only show up to install an A/C Unit but before starting I decided to throw a wrench in to play by asking to get a New Furnace installed. The duo were more then Happy to take on the added work and the company made it a breeze by having the new furnace at my door step within the hour and completed both task with great Workmanship and Pride in what they do. Thanks once again Chris and Matt I'll be able to live in comfort now during the Hot and Cold month's. 100% Recommended
Legacy Heating and Cooling is an honest Company and has no hidden fees. They have excellent customer service. The HVAC tech Connor was very polite and knowledgeable. He finished the diagnosis and fixed the problem with my furnace within one hour of his arrival. I highly recommend this company. Connor is a great asset to this company.
Exceptional service from Legacy Heating and Plumbing! Shane and Matt were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient installers. We recently had a new air conditioner installed, and during the process, as luck would have it, they discovered that our furnace needed to be decommissioned. They acted swiftly, providing a quick turnaround over the weekend, ensuring we were comfortable in no time. Their deal for getting both products was fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome so far as we gear up for a summer of NOT sweating buckets during those scorchers. Huge thanks to Legacy for saving us from another season of heat-induced meltdowns and making sure we stay safely warm next winter!
