Ledcor installing fibre optic cabling in my neighbourhood in St Albert. Was told directional boring would be used to get from the curb to my house when I initialled the authorization this summer. They tore up my landscaping and hand trenched the fibre onto my property. Thousands of dollars worth of landscaping torn up. Why wasn't directional boring used??? I'll be getting a quote to fix the mess in the spring when my yard drys out. Where do I send the bill?
