Nothing but issues last time my brand new truck left there it was towed cause it broke down time before they ripped whole interior of truck about 4 air bag lite and charge me 2 put truck back together than make appointment again to fix problem of truck breaking down day of appointment they tell me it's not going to work and it might be best find better dealer cause I been mad in last 2cweeks trucks been in shop 3 times and towed twice I feel they couldn't find problem. So now I'm left with broken truck thanks legacy dodge this what happens after they fix truck
Would not recommend this dealership.I was told by the salesman that the original wheel had to be put back on my DGC purchased beginning of August, only after I questioned it a day later, and to bring it back in. Service dept then said there had not been an appointment made to do this by the salesman, even though he quoted me a day and a time, and they said they had to order a new rim. A few days later, the service dept. said the rim was in, but instead of a new one, they put a faded and chipped rim on my van from another vehicle on their lot. Only then, when I got mad about the runaround and the lies, did they order a new one and put it on, when it finally arrived at the end of the month. I wasted time and gas going back and forth. I was given misinformation by 3 people there and felt like they were attempting to shaft me because I was a woman and a senior. The reason I went there from Lethbridge to buy a used van was because my last car purchase was from there in 2014, and had been a great experience with honest and professional staff. Ownership and management has changed since then, unfortunately. Photos are: wheel at time of purchase, replacement rim that was faded to grey and chipped and one of the 3 rims that were on the van at time of purchase.
Awesome Experience with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sales and Service staff have been accommodating and quick to meet any concerns and maintenance needed. Same day appt when avail. Sales team were awesome, they went above and beyond to meet my wants and needs. Would definitely recommend Taber Legacy Dodge.

Purchased a used Grand Cherokee a few months ago. Was not aware there was chipped paint, two dead key fobs, and now just had 3 bolts on a tire break off the whole end of the stems on the highway. Had called previously about the paint and fobs and the salesman doesn’t even work there a week after I purchased. Don’t purchase anything unless you can see if first. They could care a little more about what they’re selling someone. I may not be a very smart purchaser but have come to realize they also didn’t disclose that the vehicle does not have a clean car fax report. The Folks at Legacy Taber have been excellent to deal with. They made the purchase of my New RAM a no brainer. The deal given to me made it incredibly obvious that the other places were trying to pull the wool over my eyes and were giving me empty promises topped with over charging me. I referred my cousin from Saskatchewan to the boys at Taber and they got him approved when nobody else could and he is more than ecstatic that he is currently choosing a vehicle to have delivered to his door rather than jumping through hoops with the other "Professionals" That he's been trying to work with. Highly Recommend.
Great experience! Whenever there is a issue with my car the service department always have time to fix it. I live an hour away, but I will do the drive to Taber to get my vehicle looked at, the service department is always kind and understanding, never had a bad experience with them.
Worst car buying experience I have had. Multiple lies by Brent the Sales Manger, including sending me photos of a vehicle he said was being transferred from a different dealership for me. It’s been over a month since since they accepted my trade and the traded vehicle has not been paid out from Legacy. Asked for the GM to contact me, still no communication from the GM. Avoid and save yourself the headache.
