I had an excellent experience with Chinook RV. Scheduled a tour with Seth, and he was incredibly polite, helpful, and answered all emails and calls from me promptly and professionally. Once I arrived at the factory, I met Seth and he took me on a tour of the Class B, and B+ lines, as well as the trailer lines. Seth answered every single question I had, and what I thought was going to be a quick tour lasted 4 hours! It's really amazing to see such a legendary RV brand revived by such a dedicated team of RV industry veterans, and while on tour, I could see the quality and craftsmanship that was put into every unit. Additionally, every part of the factory was on display and the staff was extremely transparent and upfront about everything, even the owner was on the floor hand-on. Being able to climb inside the vans and see the craftsmanship first hand was a real plus. The team at Chinook has deep RV industry roots and getting to meet some people who led other legendary RV brands was also a real plus. While on tour, I was able to see how Chinook is pushing the boundaries of design and space within their rigs. As an avid RVer, I am used to repetition in Class B and B+ vans, and Chinook delivers multiple stand-alone products that aren’t really seen on the market today. If you are looking for a high-quality motorhome or travel trailer, and appreciate a hardworking team reviving a legendary brand, then I highly suggest you take a tour and see for yourself!

Seth brought an RV out here for us to look at and it was absolutely GORGEOUS

On September 13, I  purchased a 2020 chinook RPM. After first day and hooking up the T.V. the antenna would not work and locate channels. Had to purchase cheap antenna. New ride RV in rock hill, SC  was suppose to order another one , which i never received and instead told by Chris Lais from the dealer, it must have been wire wrong during manufacturing . Few days later my A.C will trip in and out several times until staying on. Was told a bad thermostat and the VP Jeff Butler of chinook personally told me that Chris had it in his possession and would install. Been a week and no one has come by to replace it. Also, the door handles keep breaking off and the shower leaks into the floor during every shower. I cleaned the cabinets with an all natural cleaner and now the counter tops are discolored and disfigured.  I was also told that the RV would come with 30 lb cylinders and when recieved they were only 20 lbs. I have reached out many times to hold them to their word and fix what they promised. I have not heard a word or seen anyone in a week. If you want to buy quality work from a customer first company then  this is not a fit for you. They will drag out all intentions if any at all and not follow through with their word. I do not suggest buying the RPM from a  business that  when it comes to an issue they do not standby it. This is a cheap made RV that is overpriced and from a company that does not vaul their customers.

Met Seth with Chinook at the rv show at 47 West Trailer. He spent a lot of time with us and showed us his and other ideas. If you have not seen the new towable line by Chinook, you should. Very impressive trailers.

By far the most appealing RVs I have seen. Many luxury options to choose from. Great brand it great options! Highly recommend for your vacation traveling.
