I live here.  This place used to be bad, but it has cleaned up super nicely as the management has changed!!!!!!

dreadful, a guy was murdered down from me and my mom and one day one of the our neighbors went frick'n crazy and started shooting off his shotgun right behind our house!

Live in the other park owned by them on Devils Lake and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The communication amongst management is awful, nothing gets done or fixed. They will try double charging you rent, charge you for structural upkeep on a rental unit, and some units have complications including black mold and electrical issues.
