I have had at least five pizzas from this place before I decided to write a review. I got the Carnivore tonight. Last time I tried the Taco. I also have tried their Meatball Dip and Cheese Bread. Everything has been very good. I have only tried the original crust. The taste is above average. I look forward to trying other menu items.
Embarrassingly bad pizza, Very disappointing! Flavorless generic frozen pizza sold for $6 a slice, and they grossly undercooked it at that. Zero seasoning in the sausage. This is very similar to a Costco frozen pizza, would not recommend 0/5 stars. I mean just look at the picture… So many better options in the area. To address the service: The entire staff was at the bar when I walked in and after a minute of awkwardly looking around to see who worked there I was able to place me order. Quick turnaround time for a takeout order but given the cheap quality of the food, it’s to be expected.
I’ve always been curious about this place, but tonight was my first visit. The bright lights were a welcome sight on this dark and snowy evening. Let me say this first - I’m very into this spot’s kitschy vibe. Inside you’ll find faux Italian frescos alongside fake lush jungle plants, Christmas lights, and TVs playing sports. There is also a jukebox, which was a great surprise. The vibes were immaculate in this establishment - efficient service, entertainment patrons, excellent decor, and fabulous music choices. The food was secondary to the sensory experience of the leaning tower of pizza. We ordered the mozz sticks and a large cheese pizza. The food made me immediately nostalgic for my childhood days at the Jersey shore. The pizza reminded me of arcade pizza in the best way. It was objectively average pizza, but it was so fun to eat and we ate every last bite. We can’t wait to return to this magical place.
That Pizza was a disaster! Dry, no sauce, cold after picking up. Okay so the owner contacted me and i will be giving Leaning tower another shot. I will add 2 stars for them doing this and give a final review on the next pizza.Food: 3/5
Overpriced, not worth the money! The crust tastes like frozen pizza and the toppings were not tasty at all. Onion rings were okay, but overall we paid $40+ to eat frozen pizza ‍ and the service was not good either, we were sitting at the table for over 20 minutes until someone came to us. Not worth the time!
Just like breweries, churches and vape shops theirs a pizza joint around every corner. I figure LTofP must be doing something right as they’ve been around for awhile. They advertise great daily ‘happy’ hours but 2 for 1 domestic draws at $6 a draw is just a con man’s happy hour. The space is roomy with a bar type area separate from dining area but not by sight. The high ceilings and white walls gives the dining area a cold cloudy day feel. It must get busy at night or clubbish maybe? Our server was making his rounds like that polar bear at Como Zoo going in the same caged circle routine over and over again. Our pizza arrived in good time and was fresh and hot but after I few bites I couldn’t find much flavor. Bland is a good description or high end gas station pizza maybe. Prices were standard for the metro if ya don’t booze. Their was nothing real wrong with our visit just one that will be forgotten soon. Enjoy!
Taco pizza was cold, no toppings, expensive. Go anywhere else for pizza. I recommend Jack's frozen pizza if you like Falling tower of crappa.
I would NEVER eat here again, my first time is my last. First off, try to get any service was not easy, bartender just looked right through us but did notice the other people that wanted something. Then finally we get some service and order 2 SLICES of pizza to go at a whopping total of $13.56. WOW!!!! Ok, well I'm thinking, "shoot, must be some great pizza then." Well, NOPE, it was DISGUSTING and not even very big slices. Not to we waited 20 minutes and finally asked about where was our order only to find it just sat back there until WE went and asked. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! I WOULDN'T recommend this place to ANYONE
2 stars for the freshness of the topping ingredients and friendly staff. The rest of the elements of the pizza left something to be desired. I ordered a 10” pizza with red sauce. The veggies and sauce were undersalted and bland. I tasted a little oregano, but that was it. The pizza crust “this crust” was pale, undercooked, and tasted like cardboard. : At least the pizza was served nice and hot, and I got to eat the toppings, which were plentiful and tasted good with the cheese. If you want late night pizza with a crispy crust, try Sal’s on Fifth.
Celebrating Christmas with Leaning Tower of Pizza was a great decision. The pizza choices are plentiful. The Cuban is delicious, keep the pickles! Thin, regular and double crust options available. Great value, making this a repeat visit!
