Not good. The mac burger was presentable and big, but really underseasoned and bland. fries were crispy, but bland as well. would not do again

Horribly long wait times for overpriced food that doesn't taste good

I ordered the SMC eggrolls, chicken guy sandwich, and mac and cheese. The egg rolls were very greasy, and honestly didn't taste like much more than grease and cheese. The chicken guy sandwich was okay, but was a bit dry and bland. The mac and cheese was nasty. It tasted like waxy cardboard and old cheese. No thanks. :

Not worth the price and delivery times. The heat of the jalapeno poppers was super varied, some were bland others spicy. I didn't care for the Cajun Alfredo, but the Cuban sandwich I got was pretty decent.

If they could streamline their deliveries so the food didn't arrive cold it would be amazing. I've ordered here about 10 times and half the time the food shows up cold.

The chicken sandwich had absolutely NO taste. It looked really good, but it was unseasoned and plain. The mayo that was on it gave it a little bit of flavor but that was about it. The chocolate cake was really good though and my husband liked the mac and cheese burger that he got.

I was pretty excited to order from here. I chose the famous Mac and cheese burger and the flavortown fries. Fries were very good but the burger was bar food at best. Super well done and no flavor at all. Maybe just a off day I will try one more time before bailing on this concept.

I ordered from this restaurant despite the hour delivery estimate. When the hour came and passed I got a call from them saying they were refusing to make my order. They would not give an explanation. I now have to wait 5 days for a refund because they didn't feel like making my food today apparently. What a joke.
