This gym is way too expensive for what it has to offer, they are easily about 40% more expensive than any other gym in the area and also only about half the size.nnI live about 5 minutes from this place and I still prefer driving over 25-30 mins to exercise some place that offers me more for my money.
Very nice gym. Unlike other gyms where people have given me mean looks because I can't lift as much as they do, it doesn't happen here. Very nice people and especially friendly owner who always greets me on premise. Cell phones are officially banned although we still see the odd millenial sleeping on a machine engaging in social media. I would like to see rigorous enforcement of that rule. Meticulous sanitation. Never seen a gym so clean before. Ample free weights and up to 120lbs. I prefer to go into close as there are less people. My only suggestion is to extend the hours on the weekend as 4pm is rather tough to squeeze. Given the massive population boom in the area it may be possible as more members sign up.nnRoger Lafontaine
Don't use the gym but my kids go to dance here it's a great dance class . Room is always clean but they do say floor is cold .
Great gym! Small but had everything you need and an ample amount of ellipticals /bikes/treadmills. Staff and owners are incredibly friendly and the general atmosphere is pleasant.
Been a member for around 4 years now, enjoy going. Great friendly staff and clean equipment!
