Food was pretty good which was out of my expectations. Service was pretty bad, the lady who took orders had quite an attitude and many of the foods were not available.Atmosphere: 3/5
Ice cream: $2.91 Sorbet: $6.99 We brought 2 ice cream and they charged us the sorbet price. When we confronted the woman about it, she acted like she didn't speak English. No wonder why this place review is tanking like the titanic. This place could be an awesome opportunity to make revenue because it's next to the metro, but they decide to rip tourist off with their prices.
There's nothing like discovering a little piece of paradise to spend the day, where they grow their own fresh herbs, feeling the breeze by the water's edge, with a distant view of downtown, no one else around, perfect weather and a perfectly suitable menu to boot. 11$ cocktails look tempting. I love summer
Terrible experience here: $53 for 3 hotdogs!!! Then a 45-minute wait for someone to ultimately tell us that they were out of hotdogs! The staff was nice and offered another choice but it would have meant another long wait. Not worth it; we should have used that time to pack a picnic.Service: 3/5
Very bland food - got the burger and fries. They didn't taste of much. The pumping dance music in the middle of the day was also a bit weird, given the clientele.Food: 1/5
Expect to pay higher prices for snack bar food as there's not much choice to eat on the island unless you head to LaRonde for rides and food. The bistro is atleast clean and relaxing but the wraps we got at Ste Hélène were nothing to get excited about. Edible.Food: 3/5
Very smiley service but, bad food and for that matter, to expensive. Dirty Bathrooms, no soap at all. 72$ for 2 burgers and a small pizza with 2 minut made juices.
The premade Starbucks moka was « best before January 2022 », who knows what else has gone bad at this place or how rigourous they are with hygiene !Food: 1/5
The Cabane à sucre urbain was delicious! Good service and all you can eat. Every single item from the pea soup, ham, omelette to the oreilles du Christ was amazing. Hope they do it again next year.
The food was okay. The wait was 20 minutes just to order. The cashier enters the order on the computer, then writes the order on a sticky note, then waddles over to the cooks and hands them the note. Some of the soft drinks were past their sell by date by about a month.
