Nous nous spécialisons dans le BBQ sud américain et servons des favoris tels que: le pulled pork cuisiné plus de 14h, la poitrine de boeuf fumée plus de 18h (Brisket), Bacon fumé, saucisse fumée, poulets/dindes et côtes levées rôties 6h (baby back & ST-Louis).
Nos viandes sont fumées à basses températures à l'aide de bois de pommier locale pour exalter les saveurs de nos viandes. Le Smoking BBQ est déjà réputé pour sa fameuse et décadente Poutine au ‘’Pulled Pork’ gagnante de la meilleure poutine au Québec en 2014 ainsi que pour ses ''Fall of the bone'' babyback ribs

We specialize in American Southwest BBQ and serve favourites such as pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked bacon, smoked links (sausage), chicken and ribs. Our meats are smoked for hours at low temperatures with local apple wood to enhance the flavours of our meats. General Tao poutine was not good. Chicken very bad, not enough sauce, not enough cheese. For $20 I expected exceptional poutine.

I went there for the first time for poutine week and it was overall a good experience. I was already familiar with their foodtruck and just love their food. The ribs are phenomenal and the poutines as well.The poutines are pretty big for the price.The inside of the restaurant is quite rustic and charming. It really gives you southern vibes which is great. The reason why they're not getting 5 stars is because after we were brought to our table it took quite some time for someone to bring water and take our orders. When we were done with our poutines i asked for the brownie which the waitress forgot and simply brought our checks and i had to ask about the brownie since it wasn't included on the receipt. She apologized and i got the brownie & a new tab. Other than that the service was great, the waitress was very nice. I recommend this spot.

Really disappointing. We ordered 2 rib poutines and a sausage. Most of the fries were under cooked, the ribs were very dry and not very flavorful at all My boyfriends poutine even had pieces of bone in it! The sausage wasn't that great either. $38 and neither of us ate half our meals. I would pass on this food truck and try one of the many other food trucks instead. Overpriced and disappointing

We took the 15-20 min walk from our hotel based on the google reviews and boy am I glad, the food was really good.  As you can see we went with the 3 meat & 3side combo which my husband and I shared, the waitress somehow mixed up and gave us a corn on the cob when I asked for corn bread but what you do not see is that she brought over 2 white buns so the mix up worked well.  While they ran out of the smoked chicken which was disappointing the rest made up for that, we opted to pay the $10 additional charge combo 3/3 was like $37.99 +10  for the brontosaurus beef rib which was deliciously good it is pricey!  Service was good and we would eat here again

Tried chicken popcorn cone with fries & coleslaw on office sponsored food truck event. Food taste amazing specially with that turmeric tangy sauce on top of it. Taste great, warm & fresh. Presented good. Quantity enough. Great staff. Fast servicing. Must try.

Ordered the 4 meat 4 sides  Coleslaw was tasteless, dry , impossible to eat .  Corn cobs were cold .  Potato salad was missing a lot of ingredients  potatoes were deep fried ??  Pulled pork was delicious  Sausage was tasty  Brisket was missing flavour and smokiness  Chicken wings were good.

Passed by this place so many times and  after a movie night finally decided to try this place  it's walking distance from the Cineplex Forum. I was pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious and the service was really fast. There are a variety of choices on the menu and the portions are more than sufficient. I chose the combo n#1 which includes two choices of meat and side dish plus fries and bread. Needless to say, I brought leftovers home and they were as delicious the next day even after being reheated. Definitely recommend this quaint little spot.

Ordered the 2 meat 1 side combo with beef brisket, pork ribs and fries. The ribs were very tender and flavourful but the brisket was dry. Fries were very fresh. Good selection of sauces. For 14 bucks, you get a ton of meat so overall quite a good meal. Tip:  for McGill/Concordia students, you can get a discount on the pulled pork sandwich for 3.99 instead of 7.99

You can't beat the ribs, they are perfect each time. The 5x5 platter was a lot for 2 ppl. The cornbread is great, but so filling, I recommend splitting it so you have room for everything. I've been back many times.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I Had confirmed my corporate event more than 30days prior.. the day before my event, I called since I wasnt getting a reply to my email and they told me they cant do my event anymore. the chef and team sat down and concluded they wouldnt do it. They didnt call me to tell me. I called them and asked what was going on and they left me without any solution. simply said no cant do it. I DO NOT appreciate the service - lack of service I received and WILL NEVER BOOK them again or eat at the truck if i see it at an event.
