They went out of their way to bring the food to me when i lived 48km away from them and its only supposed to be 18km . The guy on the phone 10/10 customer service and the delivery driver 10/10 aswell. I got all they i ordered for + everything was fresh. If i dint live so far i would always go there for groceries. I discovered Lepro1600 via Instagram several months ago. The fruits and vegetables that were featured in their live videos were so colourful and inviting. Very similar to the Seinfeld episode 1 of Season 5: The Mango episode, where Kramer indulges in the juicy fruits from his local Fruit market.nnThe quality of the produce that you get from Lepro1600 is Great!nThe produces are: Juicy, Tasty and good for the soul.nThe other products such as eggs, bread, olives etc… are fairly priced.nThey have products from the Caribbean, which is where my roots are from, they have products from Asia and other parts of the world.nTheir website is user friendly!nThe pricing is fair!nThe staff is great!nThe service is AMAAAAAAzing!nAnd yes, they served me in both English and French. Whichever language I choose.nBottom line, this is one of the few establishments left in Montreal where Customer Service and Client Experience still matters and Lepro1600 makes sure to keep their clients happy.nI live in the Sud-Ouest and am happy that they deliver to me. Since i moved to mtl i was looking to go to this store because of the mouth watering stories on instagram.nWhen i went there i was in denial nothing looks like the videos , the place was tiny, crowded, the fruits and veggies looks old and unappatizing.nThe veriety, the prices and the quality advertized in the video wasn t there.
