Nice to be able to pick up Mac accessories in the neighbourhood. Good availability of products when I've needed them.

Battery replacement took less than 3 hours once the part had come in.

Very good service very professional

Very much not impressed!  I went in to buy a macbook air charger and the price was $95 with no warranty or return policy.  I went to a store on Parc and the same product was more than half price less.

Great service, very polite, very helpful and the repair was all done in a couple of days. Very happy and if my computer needs help in the future, then I'll go back without hesitation. Thank you.

I went for an apple pen but they didn't have much in the way of accessories

Twice now the team at this store has done an amazing job at retooling my ancient Mac and keeping me up and running. And they always have such a cheerful and helpful attitude. Thank you guys!

I brought my iMac in to Le Mac Urbain for a hard drive issue and everyone I dealt with there was very pleasant, helpful and happy to explain things patiently. I will definitely return to shop and get help with problems in the future. Thanks for the help!
