Came in and talked to the staff they were able to help and gave us a couple options. We ended up getting everything we needed and then some for less then we thought we would pay but that’s not to say it didn’t come at a cost. There are packages to be had and you can buy stuff cheaper that way our package included stuff we would never use but was cheaper then buying individually. I even had to talk to their office about my order and everything came on a reasonable time frame. I would recommend

Love the products. Crystal has always been very nice to us each time we go in. We come here often and the cookware is just amazing.

Products are nice. But a bit pricey. The service is painfully slow as they only have one till to handle all transactions. So if the store gets even a tiny bit busy like Christmas you’re going to have to stand in line for a while.

Bought a non stick braiser pan and a saucepan which totalled $418 Cad from Le Creuset online. A week later a third party merchant The Bay had a sale on Le Creuset 4 piece set which included two sizes of skillet pan and 2 sizes of the saucepan where one of them was the one I purchased online. The third party price was $625Cad. The third party was a better price for the number of items you got. I contacted Le Creuset asking why they were more expensive than a 3rd party merchant and if they could price adjust. They were not interested in a price adjustment and suggested I return the item brand new where shipping cost would be borne by me. I strongly suggest Le Creuset look into their online shopping if they want to get into this market. There is definitely no customer service or satisfaction. The local retail stores says the online store is totally separate and thus you couldn’t return an online purchase to the local store. I most definitely will NOT be buying online again from Le Creuset. For the price you pay I expect better service and understanding.

I purchase a frying pan from Le Creuset with the purpose to cook meat. I used the pan 6 times on the 7 th time the coating on the inside of the pan started popping. I took the pan back to the store and the said they could not help. It took them weeks to contact me back about the item. And they said it was not covered under warranty. I asked for a mangers name they said go to the website it is there. I went to the website, there is no contact information there. I asked why my pan is not covered, they said it was heated to much. I asked where does it say how hot is to hot Christian Florea said go to our website so I went to the website while I had him on the phone . And ask where . He could not tell me no where on the website does it say the maximum cooking temperature . Then he said the temperature is not on the website to hot nothing about how hot . So it is up to them at the time as to how hot is to hot. I ask to talk to his manger and would not give me that information. I ask how do I obtain this information He said it is on the website ... ask him where and he then the names where not on the website. I said was prepared to purchase the hole collection and then said I would no longer purchase anything from this company. The sales people said everything is covered except using metal in the pan and then they tell you it is your fault for cooking meat at above medium. The warranty is a scam don't buy this produce

factory defect masked and tried to hide it with enamel paint and store clerk won't do anything about it. Say they cannot return used item. I fail to see how "wash before using" is used.
