I wish I can rate zero star but I am not allowed. The two women working at the store on Aug 20, 2022 were very rude,unprofessional, and impolite. I was asking whether I can exchange the clothes size bought from another Suzy store. However, they didn’t explain the policy clearly and polite, and they keep asking me the same thing again and agin in a rude way. When I asked their name, they said they are not allowed to tell me their names which is not making any sense! I asked to talk to the manager, they told me manager is on vacation which sounds like just an excuse. There is no any smile during the whole process. I feel they didn’t get a good training and they just destroyed costumer’s shopping experiences. I hope the owner investigate this case carefully and seriously. The store will definitely loss more clients if nothing is done.

I had an excellent experience shopping here. The ladies were polite and greeted me upon entry. I picked out a few things and the ladies ended up outfitting me head to toe. The styles that they suggested were trendy and I left feeling stylish and happy. Thankful they were there to help me, the styles they chose suited me far better than my own choices. Thanks ladies

Elnaz was very helpful in finding what I was looking for and provided amazing customer service. She even helped getting all possible discounts which was a great bonus. Clothes in the store have a great variety of styles and the prices are reasonable.

This store has amazing customer service,  Maria and staff were so helpful to myself and ladies that were part of my wedding. I didn't go with a traditional wedding dress I bought a La Chateau one it was beautiful, I also went back to shop for other clothing and was treated so nice, this is my new go to store for my wardrobe thanks for the wonderful experience and customer service will be back again

Elnaz was fantastic! She made my shopping experience easy. She's very accommodating. She was very helpful on finding the right fit for me. I'd definitely shop with her again.

I had such wonderful customer service from both Elnaz and Tayana.  I went to get a dress for an upcoming staff party and Elnaz was a great help in finding the right size. I noticed that there were some imperfections and asked about a discount. She let me know that I could talk to Tayana and she would let me know if that was possible. When I spoke to Tayana, she let me know that I could have a discount and also if I purchased the prestige card, I would get additional savings. With the card, I was able to get the discount immediately and long term would also get a discount at each purchase. Plus, it was almost the same price that I would have paid without the card. I felt it was a great deal and I certainly enjoyed the kind customer service. I will be back!

I'm actually giving zero stars. My mom went to this store in July 2022, and one employee was extremely rude and started fighting about not putting the clothes back on the hangar after checking if the size and fitting was alright. We were from Ontario, and this kind of intensely racist, rude and disrespectful behaviour was the first time we experienced in Canada only in this store! I really hope the manager does something about this, because this behaviour was completely unacceptable. So, my mom did not buy anything from there because of that employee.

Maria helped me find the perfect dress! She was so friendly and accommodating to finding the right size and even took the time to watch me try them on. Love this place!

I was shopping for a dress for my daughter recently in Suzy, WEM branch.. l was impressed by Samira, an extremely nice and professional salesperson, smiling, very helpful and made my shopping experience so special… Thank you Samira, your care is greatly appreciated!

I had such a good experience shopping at La Chateau. The service from Wendy was incredible and I found everything I was looking for and more for a great price.
