We came here for Sunday lunch and it was superb. The Sunday brunch buffet is of a standard I have not encountered before. It consisted of everything from sushi to beef Wellington, beautifully presented. The waiting staff were friendly and well trained. The surroundings keep you curious and the setting is beautiful. Superb!

Good food, elegant setting, and very high prices. My wife and I had dinner here on a Wednesday night in June 2017. We really enjoyed it. She ordered lamb and I ordered brook trout. We liked the food very much. The brook trout was served creatively, where the meat of the fish was shaped in a squared-off shape. It didn't look like a whole fish, but it was good. We had drinks with our dinner (3 cocktails total). We also ordered desserts which were delicious. Beautiful decor. The restaurant is not one big room, but a few different rooms, some small or narrow. Our bill came to $240 Canadian for dinner for 2 people including the 3 drinks and desserts. It's a fine restaurant in a fine hotel. Glad we did it once!

We had very good experience dining there. The decor is elegant and services are excellent! We ordered the 5 courses discovery menu and like most of them ( except the foie gras ). One disappointment is that they didn't let us have the balcony seats ( with great view) even though we were there at 6 pm!

We had an excellent meal at Le Champlain in Le Chateau Frontenac. I began my meal with the grilled octopus (EXCELLENT) and Chris had the ginger oyster soup (different but tasty) and then we had the elk steak. Between each course they brought us little treats which was so nice. I only took one star off because the restaurant was freezing and the hostess told me it would warm up... never did! A very nice experience.

We made a reservation asked to get a window table for our anniversary. They told us they couldn't reserve the window seat but if it was available they could give it to us. We got there 15min before our reservation there where at least half of the window tables available and they said they where all reserved... how come if when I called they said they couldn't reserve window tables?? We decided not to stay. The manager was not kind. :(
