Bit disappointing experience. No feeling or experience at all at this Olympic stadium. Just a concrete building. No possibility to feel anything here
Was a very good gym before the recent re-arrangement of machines. It's terrible now. Lineups for machines, hours reduced, I often have to skip certain exercises, machines are spaced tightly together giving a cramped feeling, and frequent problems with the parking system. Am looking to change gyms even though my subscription only expires next month.
Expensive. Schedule is horrible for the price. The staff is nice. The gym section is much worse after its rearrangement.
Had a swim meet here early 2022. Awesome facility with great warm-down pool underneath the stands. Felt like a super athlete swimming here
You feel like an olympion using the gym and the pools here. Olympics standards. Friendly staff and clean environment.
The parking company is truly awful. They couldn't find my parking number so they wouldn't let me out, instead they took half an hour to send someone to my car to validate the parking
There is 4 pools. Two of 50m. One for diving. One small pool for the young kids. There are yoga classes, aerobic and spinning class. For TRX classes, you have to pay an extra on top of your subscription. For the weight room, you have a variety of machines for the legs, arms, abdo and free weights.
I often go there to swim. The pool is cold at first but very soothing once you get going. There are two receptionists for the Centre. The older one is warm and welcoming while the younger one isn't very friendly.
Nice Olympic pool that is open from 06:00 AM , cost is high CAD8 and you need your own lock to close the locker. Showers were good. The swimming lanes were 25 meters but not in the length. Was afraid it would be an issue but enough other lines on floor as a focus point. Water bit warm 28 degrees I think But not busy and relax atmosphere!
