Le Centre d'Activités Mont Tremblant Activity Centre

We booked a dog sledding adventure online. It turns out they didn't have that one available at the time we wanted to go but they called us with options. They worked with our small window of time and got us booked on another trip with a group and it turned out to be cheaper! They were very helpful over the phone and even called the day before to make sure we were ready for the super cold weather, (it was -3°F/-19°C when we went). They offered hand warmers if you needed them. We met at the Activity center and a driver took us to the place to dog sled. We were happy as it was about a 30-45 min ride in the Mont Tremblant national park on snowy winding roads. When we arrived we were met by the owner who ushered us into a yurt with a warm stove to give us our instructions. There were puppies in there that we got to play with. Then we suited up and she assigned us our sled team. My husband drove the first loop. It was a very narrow trail with grooves so I was helping balance the sled as we followed our guide ahead. The second loop I drove through the winding trail. At the end we went back in to the yurt for hot cocoa and cookies and to thaw out before we headed back. We went at sunset so the scenery was beautiful through the woods.

Booked a dogsledding and snowmobiling trip with these guys. Both trips went off without a hitch and honestly my interaction with the people at the activity center was limited because of how well they facilitated the trip. It's not the cheapest activity center but was well worth the price.

Amazing staff and service, however had a terrible experience with one of the proposed activities, the 4X4 Buggy.. Long story short, the mentor of this activity (Damien if i still remember the name correctly) is impolite, aggressive and has no place in any customer related job. He literally shouted at me for asking a question about the form I was about to sign. I stayed calm and respectful, then he did it again when I asked a question about changing the buggy drivers. By that time i had passed a great time at Tremblant and did not want to ruin my vacation, so i asked for a refund from Centre d'Activités Mt Tremblant which they did and it was very appreciated. 5 stars for everything but I have to put 1 star for that activity which almost ruined my stay at Tremblant. I strongly suggest to the Centre to review their partnership with this person and take customers complaints into consideration because after dealing with him I am sure I am not the first person that raises a complaint about him.
