Croisières Mont-Tremblant

Beautiful cruise in the lake. Great views and of course you can take great pictures. The guide was helpful and gave information about the lake and surrounding areas.

I wasn't impressed! I expected better.. But the staff is nice especially the girl. And they speak french and english which is great.. (maybe because of the people who were in this trip i wasn't impressed.. they stood all over the extrems of the boat so that the people sitting were left with no view!) Annoying!

I really enjoyed the boat tour on Lac Tremblant. The Captain and crew were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and it's history.

Beware of one staff member, racist middle aged woman. She kept pestering me during the trip about standing on upper deck/asking me to move my things from my seat. for no good reason, she wanted me to carry my stuff with me / move my jacket and stuff while I stood. She specifically requested I put them on a dirty surface--I declined. I was one of few brown people on board, and was singled out, because of it?? .... Also, they have a system where they switch passengers between lower/ upper deck. Switch was made 20 min after cruise start. I was twice harassed by her about this, while three white women stayed on upper deck and were never bothered. --When the manager overruled her, she came to me to give me a piece of her mind , including a free lecture on the whole of the interactions. I wouldn't book again and strongly suggest you reconsider. Be prepared to be singled out for no apparent reason, harassed.... So sorry I booked with them. refund???

Very nice views. But the brunch was just a continental breakfast. Not enough coffee for everyone. My huband and my daughter didn't get to have coffee we were told that because they ran out we would have to pay to make us one. Lol we already paid for our brunches. I found this unacceptable
