Le Bronzage du Plateau

I’m not one to write reviews in general, however my experience today prompted me to do so. This was my first time visiting the salon. I was welcomed in a very unfriendly manner by the only employee who was working at the salon at that time. To elaborate, when I had asked to learn more about the services, the guy seemed to be bothered and did not want to answer any of my questions. In addition to that he seemed under the influence of drugs. He was mumbling and rolling his eyes as he was attempting to respond to my questions. I went there to get a spray tan and he was the only employee there. He was the one who was going to do it for me. I was not asked in advance if I prefer being helped by a female or male employee, which I find very unprofessional. When I told the male employee that I do not feel comfortable in getting undressed in front of him, he acted shocked and was offended by my question as if I insulted him, when in fact I asked a very normal question. I was never given the choice of selecting between a male and female preference which is a standard for such services. I did not end up getting a spray tan and I do not think I will ever go back to that salon. I absolutely do not recommend going there .

There’s a very rude guy who works monday nights, smokes weed inside salon, locked the door 45mins prior to closing time. I asked for information about how it works, he rolled his eyes wbile was stoned and replayed “ ok mais c’est avec rendez-vous pi ya deja qqun qui vient“ with the meanest attitude then turned his head away and didn’t even respond to my questions. I will never go there’s again , trashy employee who thinks his better than everybody with his mannerisms. Unprofessional

Service was so bad and rude today that all I can do is laugh. It’s a tanning salon. Don’t take yourself so seriously lol Edit: your snarky reply is more polite than the service I received today. Very sad. I did not plan to return…

It was my first time using a tanning bed and they were very nice about explaining the whole process to me. I spent 8 mn in the bed and paid 15$ which was very reasonable. The facilities are beautiful and the staff super helpful. Will go back there for my next session. :

They close whenever they feel like it, i paid a cab to come here and realise its closed hours early. They dont respect their business hours. This happend multiple times. Once the cops showed up while i was knocking, they asked if i am the manager. Anyways, the machines are great, strong bulbs & clean beds. Good selection on creams. I learned to call before going!

An ok place to tan. Cool tiki concept inside but a bit much. Dark and kinda creepy when you first visit the place. Good prices and usually good monthly deals. Would change it to a more modern and clean environment. I've been followed after leaving this place so women be careful.
