LCBO

Probably due to its location and high rotation, some products are not found with regularity, I reckon that supply chain is an issue that has been rolling since early last year and some precursors are in short supply. Despite the above, they have a fairly complete variety, one of the nice factors is the availability of Canadian and Ontario products that make the shopping experience very pleasant. The variety of Canadian craft beers is amazing, as is Canadian spirits that I've personally tried and believe that are worth every cent you put into them, quality is amazing, I like the fact that we keep it Canadian and enjoy world class quality with a calmed, down to earth attitude. As with any alcoholic beverages... Enjoy responsibly cheers!

A good solid LCBO with friendly staff. The late night hours are great, and the bigger location means they have a good selection.

Small scale LCBO that has different hours of service than other LCBOs in the area. They must have a high rate of theft because they have a security guard constantly tracing the isles.

Westboro's LCBO on Richmond Road is one of the retail chain's more fully stocked outlets with a comprehensive liquor, wine, and beer selection that does not disappoint. The outlet has good parking, good access for special needs and efficient staff support and counter service. Located near Farm Boy and Real Canadian Superstore, LCBO offers real convenience for grocery shoppers.

Great alcohol selection and variety. However, I have 2 requests: 1- Add more Arak liquor selection SAQ has more options 2- Don't expose wine to sunlight. There is a whole cabinet of rosé wine exposed directly to sunlight, hence my 4 star review.

This location always has great customer service as I'm a regular there. But my visit yesterday was wonderful, it seems the store has recently rearranged the layout inside. I usually know where to find my usual products but was confused this time due to the layout, an employee noticed that I was confused and looked lost, so he came to ask me if I needed help. I really appreciated him for that, even though he directed me to the wrong shelf, I still give him 5 stars that he approached to help me, as in some places employees don't usually take that initiative. I then approached another employee to show me where the product I was looking for is, I wish I got her name, but she went above and beyond to help me. She walked me to the right shelf where I found what I wanted. I also had an item I wanted to return, this was my first time ever returning anything back to LCBO. She walked me through the process, and even stopped what she was doing and came to the front to process my transactions all with a warm smile. I left the store a very happy and satisfied customer. The service here is always great and have never had any issues and reason I keep coming back. Keep up the great work guys!

It's my favorite place, and here are some of my favorite wines!!! Staff are always super helpful and friendly, and I always leave there with a smile, and a great wine choice!!!

Everything in the store is kind of moved for the holidays, but the staff is great for helping you find what you need. Even if it's at another store. Awesome people!
