Well-stocked and clean store. Staff were friendly. The cashier was very nice and offered to put our purchase in a box, so that it’s easier and safer in the car. She was really nice and seemed happy, I should have gotten her name.

ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING! They put in the wrong price tag charged us wrong price. Manager showed no regret or not even an apology! So RUDE SO MEAN and this lady Julie is soo bitter

Great customer service extremely nice staff,, eveytime I ask for certain info about some specific liquors, they have the answer ,, very knowledgeable and they know what they r selling ,, great customer service and handling skills

SUCH A GREAT LOCATION, HOPE THEY HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE KEVIN AND IRENE AND NEVER CHANGE!!!nnORIGINAL REVIEW: Irene is such a lovely, kind hearted lady. She told me her story about her son in sick kids and that itself inspired me to donate $2 every time I shop at the LCBO. Her kindness really made my day. We need more people like Irene!

What looked like a redhead or brown hair lady at the cashier was definitely going through it today. Standing in line you could hear her talk about one colleague to another colleague, repeatedly saying “I don’t get it, I don’t get it” all distraught. Then after she scans the bottles i had my card in hand and she stood there staring at me. I let her know that payment terminal wasn’t on yet and she proceeds to say “well I was waiting for you to say something”. Lol what? Aren’t you supposed to ask me how I’d like to pay instead of staring at me?nnAnyways, called the store and spoke to another miserable lady. Seems like a trend at this location. Good luck to any customers that have to encounter either one of these ladies.
