Worst experience. First of all, cashiers not aware that covid is over and making you stay in line far far away from them in 2025. Second, cashier named Marijana, who wasn't happy with me opening her a truth about covid end, just refused to sell me a pack of beer, just because my 18yo daughter touched it. I didn't know there's a rule that 18yo adult can't even touch it, and if she did, it's cursed, and over 40yo adult forbidden to enjoy beer Friday night. Thank you Marijana for taking care of your clients, protecting us from covid and from drinking. Please, consider another job!

Looks clean, workers are attentive, and the choice of drinks is labeled accordingly by country too. Good job, keep the work, and add more countries . I went in to pick some red wine for the holiday celebration.

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and I’ve always noticed this one gentleman ‘Ziggy’ and he has always been miserable but a couple weeks ago I asked him if he was busy, because I had a question and he harshly replied “yes, of course I’m busy” I realize he was stocking shelves but I couldn’t believe his tone and the way he said it! I said never mind and I walked away to find it myself and I heard his say something rude as I walked away. Do better LCBO, there’s lots of people looking for jobs who have better manners!
