LCBO

Susan at the checkout was very rude to me for no reason. She was not very happy to help me. As i approached her on the checkout she made faces and made racist comments. As I put my items on the counter she said its for uber delivery obviously. Does she think I can’t buy liquor for myself? I was purchasing liquor for my birthday party. She should have asked instead of assuming I am an uber driver just because I am brown. She was very loud to me for no reason. It was very embarrassing. I was just purchasing items like others in the store. Highly disappointed, this kind of spoiled my birthday!

Staff very helpful, went and got me the liquor I was looking for. Cashier carried my purchase out to the car for me. Greatly appreciated help from both ladies!

Not bad. But some times it is hard to find what you want. For example you are looking wine from Georgia and you can found it in Spain or Portugal area, or some time in France.nIn other LCBOs such as at Highland thay have everything on their places.

There is a woman staff is racist, she was rude at me and rejected to sell me alcohol in purpose, even though she have checked my ID. My ID is absolutely no problem, I have being using it all the time to buy alcohol everywhere for 2 years since I reached legal age. I feel very sad when I encounter such things. I hope this store can enhance its staff training to avoid this kind of things happen again. GL

Helpful and friendly staff.nNice and clean place. Well managed.nThey keep things stocked mostly, and you could find a range of almost everything.
