Beer Store

there is a beer store just a short drive from here with a better selection, but this one does the trick just fine.

Really big but it's counter service wish it was a walk through for the size it is.

Over the years this has been a good beer store. The staff are always on the ball and quick. I'm usually in and out fast and they are always accurate with returnable bottles. Never a complaint with the staff. Over the years the hours of the store have changed. I wish it was open later to accommodate some of the late night working class shift workers is the only down side. The hours could definitely be later and earlier. But it is Ontario where prices are jacked up ultra high on liquor and beer and the customer as a whole in the province doesn't need a competition based store. The Beer Store is of course an Ontario Monopoly owned by the breweries themselves. So worrying about things like later hours wouldn't be a concern, Because they won't lose sales in their managements opinion obviously. But of course they do. When I can't purchase beer after 9, I head to the LCBO instead. They have beer there as well. But still a government monopoly store.
