Marty was on staff during my visit. They were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated the quality and care of the service.
Accommodating and knowledgeable staff helped me get the products I wanted that weren't on the shelves. They also made excellent drink recommendations, delicious!
Good selection for a small town. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I rated 4 stars only because the vintage wine selection is lacking higher quality items. That being said the manager has ordered items they don't stock for me that are of higher quality.
Zero stars! Stopped in here twice on my travels to Ottawa and both times the store was closed hours before their sign stated. The worst was tonight. You guys closed 2 hours early on a long weekend?? Will NEVER go out of my way to stop in deep river again.
This LCBO is the best in the Ottawa valley hands down staff are always glad to give you a hand and they know there stuff product knowledge great . The store is always clean stocked and ready for business displays are up to date and filled with great selections. Kudos to this LCBO team of from what I can see are all women!!! No worries they also do carry outs Wow . Cheers to them .One happy cutomer go girls .
