My Daughter and I went to the Southdown Road, Mississauga outlet of LCBO and was met by Adrian on the floor who was friendly and helpful and went out of the way to help us make the selection. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us good advice for the Vodka options. Selections at this outlet are great and the goods are arranged very orderly and neatly. After selecting the spirits we were awed by the reception received by Matt M at the billing. He made us feel very important as we paid for the goods. I unreservedly and sincerely recommend this LCBO store.

I needed to rent a tux for a black tie ball I was attempting. I spoke with Frank and scheduled a fitting the same day. Frank took very good care of me. He was very attentive to details. When I picked up my tuxedo, everything fitted just like it should. Even the shoes. I would definitely recommend Tuxedo Junction.

Really bad customer service by The Employee name BIKAS. Did racism even I am showing my valid driving licence. He started talking rude then he told if he want to refuse the id he can, doesn’t matter its valid or not. He made this issue even we tried to explain its valid proff and straight told me that i am not going to sell this liquor. Really. bad bad bad customer service.

This is the worst LCBO I have ever visited.nCustomer service is worst in this store. Employee don’t even know what is valid and what is not. I think he should be trained well.
