Staff is usually friendly and non judgmental, but I just had the worst interaction with the lady working tonight. A friend asked me to buy a box of wine for a get together and so I headed to the Morrisburg LCBO to do so. I’m 19, and when checking out with the wine the lady looked at my ID and said “wow didn’t start too long ago and you’re stocking up” and I said “excuse me?” And this lady no word of a lie said “you just turned 19 and already need a box of wine, good road to go down”
Great staff they are very polite , engaging, and helpful.
Manager is an idiot, not very friendly, her service sucks, talks to herself more than communicate with customers, not her helpful. Bad experience, a lot of customers are not happy with this manager, she should been replace years ago. Surprise she still there.
Great as always. Been going to this LCBO every summer now for almost 12 years. Staff is friend and knowledgeable.
Small store but always have what I need.
