Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. However, today's experience with Miranda was truly remarkable. She demonstrated understanding, kindness, compassion, and generosity that went above and beyond any customer service expectations. Her exceptional service not only brightened my day but set a positive tone for the entire week. I'm so grateful for her dedication and commitment to making customers feel valued. Highly recommend Giant Tiger Morrisburg and a special shoutout to Miranda for outstanding service!

I find customer service at this location extremely rude and unprofessional, the staff don’t appear to like their jobs, and always complain in public. When you ask anyone anything they sigh like they are being inconvenienced, terrible customer service and very unhappy. It’s so unfortunate as others I’ve been in it’s totally opposite.

Can't get their sale flyer straight.nnUpdate, 2 years later they still haven't got a grip on having the product in stock that's in the weekly flyer. You would think it's a given. We'll be driving to Kempville to the new store. It's clean, well stocked and the people there are more than happy to help you.
