By far the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered at any LCBO in Ontario. The entire staff here—mostly an older group—carry themselves as if they’re running a private royal business funded by their own families, instead of serving the public. The arrogance is overwhelming, and the lack of basic courtesy is shocking. If you don’t fit their idea of ‘presentable,’ whether it’s how you dress or the color of your skin, you’re treated with clear disrespect. This location desperately needs proper inclusivity and customer service training.
This LCBO was vast, clean and extremely well stocked. I was very impressed with this LCBO location. The staff members were helpful when questioned, and we were able to find everything we were looking for. I will definitely be returning to this location while visiting Owen Sound.

Had a terrible experience here. Eric the cashier is extremely arrogant and rude. He completely called me out for genuinely not realizing there was a line.
Had a terrible experience today, the store has no sign that tells you where to form a line when you check out, and I was standing there in the middle of all three counters waiting to be called, and a few customers I’d imagine they’ve been to the store before coz they knew where to form a line formed a line on one side, and then it became my turn, the employee at the counter asked me to go stand behind the line, ignoring the other customers saying that I was there before them and they want me to go first. I did what I was told to do, and went and stood behind the line, then I went to the same employee to bill the item, and then she started talking about ‘ she needs to be fair to the people who are in the line’ . And I was like ‘How about you guys place a sign board that says ‘form a line here’ like in every other store and that’s how you be fair to the customers. In fact there were no line when I got to the checkout counters , all three counters were serving customers at the time, and all those employees could see me standing there waiting to be billed before anyone else came and started a line on the other side. Just a shitty experience overall.
