Whenever I want good quality and QUANTITY of meat, Lazeez has not yet disappointed me I always get their chicken half half or on the rocks and more recently their chicken shawarma salad. I always go for spicy. So 6-8 lines of hot sauce. <3 The chicken shawarma quantity is good. I hate it when restaurants skimp off on their chicken but I’m happy to report that Lazeez isn’t one of them. I order from here quite often and always happy with the level of consistency in their food Excellent. It’s a staple restaurant for me.
Got the Lazeez “Special” chicken wrap and it was raw. Restaurant didn’t care when I called to inform them. Apparently it’s not the first time they received this feedback. Very very concerning. If you want the special wrap you also get a side of salmonella. Won’t be coming back.
A waste of time & money. This place used to be good many years ago, but now it's so bad that even if you convince yourself to eat it you'll end up in the hospital. The fries looked and tasted as if they were cooked last week and they put less than the minimum amount of chicken. The employee who prepared my dish, didn't put any sauce even though I asked for it, he just boxed it up and threw it in my face. I tried giving them another chance and it was even worse when ordered through Doordash. Definitely avoid this place if you care about your health.
I use to love classic poutine but they did not add garlic sauce in it and it was too dry & salty for me. If customer is paying you atleast you should serve them properly.
clean but not busy.finding parking is difficult. went from mississauga to visit sick kids hospital. service was bit slow even though only 1 customer was ahead of us.meat taste was different may b coz of low customers' traffic.Food: 3/5
Great food. No skimping on portions. Friendly, accommodating staff. Very reasonable prices. Not exactly a sit down dining-experience type of place, but I'd absolutely recommend for takeout or a quick bite anytime.Food: 5/5
This review felt almost useless to me, but then I remembered that maybe there will be some students looking for a new place and may never have heard of Lazeez. Best shawarma in town my people!!!! You must try their chicken on the rocks and their wraps. They are so good. You won't find better Shawarma anywhere else
Meh. "Plain rice" is literally plain white rice. I was expecting seasoning/the yellow rice you get at most places. The potatoes are huge boiled potatoes...again, not what I was expecting. Then they drown the chicken in sauce. I'm not super impressed and likely won't be back. Also a very long wait for my food. The person behind me got served before I did unsure why? It was almost the same order as mine
Have never eaten a colder shawarma wrap than this dine-in. Too many veggies in the wrap, way more than chicken. If you want salad just order their wrap. Perfect. 5 stars.
This spot is my favourite place to get lunch off campus - chicken on the rocks is my go-to order here and I’m never disappointed. In my experience, the family that runs this restaurant are always kind and friendly. I look forward to stopping by again!
