An amazing experience buying a Winnebago 172BH with Layzee Acres. Brandon was great right from the beginning. Always super responsive and answered all my questions. The prices on all their units were thousands sometime 10s of thousands $$$ cheaper than everywhere else. With all the people I dealt with at LA, they always contacted, or met me, when they said they were going to, and were always straight and to the point....no BS!!! I am super happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation recommending Lazy Acres RV to friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!Thanks and Keep up the great work !!!
We purchased a 2021 Open Range last August. We are first time travel trailer owners. Purchasing experience was great, absolutely no pressure at all. Pick-up was at a different location but no big deal. Had a couple of warranty issues that needed to be taken care of. Layzee Acres offered to get them looked after quickly but we opted to have it done in the spring 2022 When we had our appointment there was a recall on an item which was taken care of at the warranty app. Alex and Haven, Jill and Amber were great! Service was at yet another location, but hey it is what it is. I highly recommend this company! If we upgrade it will definitely be another Layzee Acres purchase.
We recently purchased our first RV travel trailer from Layzee Acres. Our salesman, Josh, made us feel comfortable right from the start, answering our many questions and without being pushy explained the options in the different trailers we looked at. The trailer we chose was not on the lot but arrived the following week as promised and was ready for us to pick up and go camping that same weekend. The purchasing experience was great. We did have a few minor manufacturing issues with the trailer, no fault of anyone at Layzee. The service staff was able to resolve one issue by having a technician talk me through some steps over the phone. The other issue was taken care of under warranty at their service centre with absolutely no hassles. I can’t speak highly enough of all of the staff at Layzee Acres, from Josh in sales, to the walk through picking up the trailer, to Russ in their store who helped us pick out cleaning products and accessories and finally the service staff that booked our trailer in and then carefully went through the work they had done for us. We are extremely happy with our total experience at Layzee Acres and highly recommend them for sales and service! Thank you everyone at Layzee! Bob and Mary
The staff here are fantastic! We bought our first trailer here in 2020. Came back a few weeks ago looking to trade in and upgrade. Our sales rep was Thomas and he answered all questions and didn't push us to buy something other than what we wanted. Pick up was easy. They did a great job with the walk around and again answered all questions. They were not pushy and once again exceeded our expectations. If we ever need to upgrade again, we will definitely be back!
We had a great experience with Layzee Acres. We picked up our 2022 Grand Design Transcend and love the layout. Kelly in sales was wonderful to deal with, very knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal. When we picked up the new trailer, the process was so smooth and they even squeezed us in a bit early. The service technician noticed one of the motion sensor lights wasn’t working properly during orientation and I received an email the next day stating they are sending us a new one. Thank you Layzee Acres!
Hello just purchased a micro minnie 1798ds from layzee acres Kelly Harrison the saleswoman was great and showed me multiple units and was able to facilitate a speedy and early pickup within 4 days of purchase. There selection is quite vast but consist mainly of large trailers and a few small couples units under 20ft there prices were very competitive and I wasn't able to find a comparable price at any other dealer I was looking at. As such I had to travel 400kms to view the model and the YouTube videos they have are very well done as well. Give this place a look you won't be disappointed at least I wasnt
We bought the trailer last July and we had to take it back for a recall yesterday to the service department. They were excellent and very pleasant to deal with. We also had an issue with the radio and some questions about the trailer. They were very helpful and answered our questions. They fixed everything in a timely matter and free as under warranty. They went up and above. I would recommend going there if your looking for an RV. Great job guys!
I bought my new Springdale trailer from Layzee Acres in winter 2022. I was hoping to buy one locally, but Layzee Acres' price and fees were so much better. Overall saving about $10,000. I initially was not impressed with the after sales service, which seemed a bit robotic. Until recently I attended the service department to swap out a part under warranty. Upon arrival I had a flat tire. And it was raining, and I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me. Layzee Acres employees Vince and Jeff didn't hesitate to help me out. Those guys were awesome and certainly redeemed my declining respect for the company. They went above and beyond. Thanks again guys. 5 stars overall.
Love Layzee Acres. Two rookie campers, my friend and I, were trailer camping first time-the 1st week of October 2022 in the McRae Point provincial park. When we first arrived there, we tried to unhook the trailer hitch from the van, and the trailer hitch crank broke. So we couldn't lift off the ball from the back hitch of our van. We realized we were doomed and stuck at the campsite until someone comes to our rescue. We called the Layzee Acres, and Thomas came to help the same day. He didn't have a replacement crank on him-he had to come back the next day to replace it. We thank God good people like Sasha and Thomas were sent from the heavens to rescue us. We truly appreciate Layzee Acres. They are amazing good-hearted people with a pure heart of gold. We like to express our sincere gratitude for helping a couple of rookie campers stranded in the park. Their kindness touched our hearts, and we will remember it forever. Because of people like Sasha and Thomas, the world is a better place.
We went to Layzee Acres based on reviews and the fact that they had 2 models we wanted to see. We dealt with Josh who we found to be a very knowledgeable guy that didn't try to upsell us. We told him what we wanted, he answered all of our questions without hesitation and within an hour we had a deal. We ended up purchasing a 2022 Transcend and we will be picking it up next week. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive!
